The renowned Y LIFT® procedure is a revolutionary patented minimally invasive facelift performed in 30-45 minutes yielding instantaneous, dramatic and natural-looking results. It was famously dubbed the”Miracle 30-Minute Facelift” by Dr. Oz.

​The Y LIFT® is based on the notion that youthful facial contours are shaped like the letter “Y”. If you were to superimpose two “Y”s over the face you would see that one appears wide at the top, spanning the eye & cheekbone region, while the second spans the entire jawline; both narrow down to a point culminating at the chin. As we age, the arms of these “Y” shapes begin to widen steadily downward and resultantly, the face begins to lose structural volume and deflate.

How Y LIFT® Is Performed

A specialized blunt titanium instrument is inserted beneath the skin and muscle. The muscles are lifted by the instrument and FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers are then injected to hold the muscle in its newly elevated place. The strength of the muscle maintains the filler in place and gives lift and prevents sagging. The face is then sculpted by hand. Filler is not injected into the skin and there is no use of needles like in regular filler injections.

The Y LIFT® is performed under local anesthetic. Results of the Y LIFT® typically last 2 – 4 years.

Structural Volumizing®
Rebuild two of the primary facial pillars – maxilla (top jaw/cheeks) + the mandible (lower jaw). This restores and enhances the original foundation and shape of the face.

LEADING EDGE®
The Y LIFT® focuses on the Leading Edges® of the primary facial pillars. By restoring the foremost edge of the face, natural enhancement is achieved without compromising the shape or functionality of the face. Balance is key. An anatomically correct measuring device called the flexY guide® – created specifically for the Y LIFT – helps identify the Leading Edge®.

CLOSED FACELIFT®
The Y LIFT® is able to restore and lift the face due to the filler placement at the Leading Edge®. With a blunt, titanium instrument, the filler is placed in an enclosed space between the muscle and the bone, which allows for the lift and longevity of the procedure.
